"Loved everything! The view onto old town was amazing!! Only issue was that the shower drain blocked up a bit when we first used it but fixed with the plunger I’m guessing because old drains! Narrow stair case to get up but wasn’t an issue for us. Close to lots of nice restaurants! Overall the host was very good always checking in a gave lots of recommendations :)"

"Such a beautiful location, after some free exercise up the stairs! Boy was the view worth it🤩 we really enjoyed being so central yet peaceful. Marco, our host, was very punctual, friendly and sent a wonderful list of recommendations. He even made the effort to bring an iron when I needed it urgently. We love Nice and will be back for sure!"

"I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in the best area of Old Town Nice, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, nestled in a busy area full of life, yet the apartment itself was in a quiet building where the noise didn't reach, providing a perfect balance. The apartment was beautifully decorated, exuding charm with photos showing how Nice used to look years ago. It really added a unique and nostalgic touch. The host was exceptional, enhancing my stay with his warm hospitality and helpfulness, sending me recommendations for many wonderful places to visit around the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and all the facilities were top-notch, easily deserving a perfect score. The only minor downside was the lack of air conditioning, as it got incredibly hot during my stay. Despite that, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Nice's Old Town. I can’t wait to be back!!"

"The property was beautiful and had lovely views of nice old town. The studio is perfectly located with walking distance to transport, restaurants, shops and most importantly the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and Marco left us some lovely orange juice, coffee and sweet treats for our stay. We were also supplied with beach towel and toiletries. We were greeted by a lovely Mrs Mauro who showed us around the property and made us feel like we were home and gave us great recommendations for our stay."
